I was born and raised in France, near Paris and moved to the US in the mid-90's with my American husband. I'm mostly a self-taught artist who started with graphite pencils only. I specialized in people portraits which I sold in the early 90's. But I got burnt out and had a dry spell for almost 8 years. On Christmas 2000, I drew a portrait for a friend as a gift and my love for creating art came back slowly but surely. In the summer of 2002 I won a full scholarship for the Art Instruction Schools in Minneapolis, Minnesota, through which I learned the basics of drawing by correspondence for two years. This great opportunity gave me the habit of drawing on a very regular basis which I've done since early 2006 when I started selling my artwork on Ebay.

I am now a full time Mom of two beautiful kids and the models for many of my pieces, and a part-time artist. And I love it!.
